Shipping Policy Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays. Returns & Exchanges Policy Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases: The product arrived damaged You received the wrong item There is a clear manufacturing defect In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos. If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable
